| President.
Supervises all activities of the Club and the Board, serves as chairperson at all monthly Club meetings, and generally supervises Club activities.

| Vice President.
Assumes the President's duties in his/her absence and attends the monthly Greater Des Moines Junior Soccer League (League) meetings.
|
| Secretary.
Generates and files all Club correspondence and keeps Club meeting minutes.
|
| Treasurer.
Receives all funds of the Club, acts as liaison with Dowling Athletic and Business offices regarding financial matters involving the Club, and prepares payment requests for all Club liabilities.

| Registrar.
Collects and processes player registrations and fees and maintains a current file on every player.
|
| Scorekeeper.
Scores of all Club team games to the Greater Des Moines League.

| Director of Coaches.
Organizes training programs and acts as an information source for Club coaches.
|
| Director of Referees.
Assigns referees to all Club matches, maintains records for reimbursement, and pursues educational opportunities for entry level and advancing referees.
|
| Director of Fields.
Organizes field marking, putting up and taking down of nets, stocks marking materials, and assists the Dowling High School Building and Grounds Supervisor with field maintenance.
